Medical Courier – Secure Driven LLC

This job involved picking up prescription medications from pharmacies and delivering them to patients’ homes. Drivers spend most of the day driving, using GPS, and following delivery routes. Some deliveries are local and others can be long distance to areas like Los Angeles or Inland Empire. The quicker you are, the more you will make per hour.

Drivers need to be on time, organized, and able to work alone. The job also requires good communication with patients and pharmacies if there are delays or questions. Some days are busy and fast paced with many deliveries in one shift.

Responsibilities

Driving for most of the shift

• Picking up and dropping off medications
• Using delivery apps and GPS every day
• Following scheduled delivery times
• Working alone and managing your own route
• Carrying small to medium packages
• Fast-paced days with multiple stops
• Some traffic and long-distance driving depending on the route

Requirements

• Must have a reliable and fuel-efficient car
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must have car insurance and current registration
• Comfortable driving long distances and in traffic
• Able to use GPS and smartphone delivery apps
• Must be reliable and on time
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Must be able to lift and carry small to medium packages
• Knowledge of Orange County, Los Angeles, or Inland Empire areas is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
