Independent Medical Sales Rep – RCM / Healthcare SaaS (Residual Income)

In this role, you will introduce a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solution to medical practices, helping them improve billing performance and increase revenue.

RevMac’s service helps practices capture revenue they are currently missing. Most clinics lose money every day due to denied claims, underpayments, and inefficient billing processes—this solution identifies and corrects those issues to improve cash flow.

Compensation Structure:

This is a 1099 independent contractor role and is 100% commission-based.
There is no base salary or hourly pay.

Reps earn commissions along with ongoing residual monthly income from accounts they bring on.

Earning Potential Example:

  • A typical medical practice can recover tens of thousands per month in missed revenue
  • Reps earn a percentage of that increase
  • Even a small number of accounts can generate meaningful recurring monthly income

Who This Is For:

This opportunity is best suited for experienced medical sales professionals who:

  • Already call on physician offices or healthcare decision-makers
  • Have existing relationships with practices or clinic staff
  • Want to add a high-value, recurring revenue stream to their current portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage physician practices and clinic decision-makers
  • Identify billing inefficiencies and revenue opportunities
  • Present and position RCM solutions
  • Close new accounts and build long-term residual income

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates should already have experience selling into medical practices.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
