Our mission is to make wellness and recovery accessible community by community through memberships, à la carte services, and strategic partnerships.

Position Summary

We're looking for a motivated, personable Sales Representative to drive membership growth and revenue for World Wellness Clubs. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective members, guiding them through our services, matching them to the right membership tier, and closing sales — both in-club and through outbound outreach into the local business community.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and consult with walk-in and scheduled prospects, explaining available modalities and membership options
• Convert leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and events into paying members
• Sell memberships, service ten-packs, and add-on programs (e.g., weight loss/GLP-1 program, EMS suit training)
• Conduct outbound B2B outreach to gyms, med spas, chiropractic offices, and wellness studios to build referral and reseller relationships
• Follow the established sales process: greeting → needs assessment → tour/demo → objection handling → close → follow-up
• Maintain accurate lead and member records in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets for new memberships and revenue
• Support in-club promotions, community events, and corporate wellness presentations
• Provide a warm, professional first impression consistent with the brand
• Follow up with prospects and past leads to re-engage and close

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (membership sales, fitness/wellness industry, or med spa experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with in-person and phone/text follow-up
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and recovery services
• Comfortable using CRM software to track leads and pipeline
• Reliable, professional, and coachable

Compensation

• Base pay + uncapped commission on memberships, ten-packs, and add-on program sales
• Bonus incentives for exceeding monthly targets
