We are offering a full-time professional office space rental opportunity within an established medical clinic for licensed healthcare and wellness providers.

This is NOT a job or employment position.
This is an opportunity to operate your own independent practice within our clinic.

Important: Independent Practice Model

This is a space rental agreement only.

Providers will:

• Operate fully independently
• Maintain their own malpractice insurance (if applicable)
• Manage their own billing, credentialing, collections, and revenue
• Maintain their own patient records/EMR
• Set their own schedule and pricing
• Not be employees of the clinic
• Not receive salary, benefits, or insurance reimbursements through the clinic
