About the Role: The Independent Review Nurse Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical independent review operations and the strategic growth of the Independent Review Organization (IRO) contracts within PRI. This position will report to the VP of Health Care Quality & Strategic Solutions and will initially be responsible for reviewing and management of IRO cases. As the program grows, the Manager will build and lead a team of clinical reviewers, ensuring all review activities are conducted with the highest level of impartiality, quality, and compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as with URAC and other accreditation standards. The Manager will build efficient processes, track key metrics, and drive high-quality outcomes.
Education: Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.
Experience: At least 5 years of clinical experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role within an Independent Review Organization (IRO) or a health plan's medical review department.

The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $108,178 to $138,079 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
