- Promote and sell health discount plans through proactive outside sales efforts, including B2B (business-to-business) engagements and direct outreach.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate potential clients about the benefits of our health discount solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales with small businesses, healthcare providers, and individual consumers.
- Manage your own client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and ongoing support to foster long-term relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Present professional product demos using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools to clearly communicate value propositions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using organizational tools like Microsoft Word or Excel.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or outside sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations.
- Demonstrated account management capabilities, including building rapport with clients and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Technical sales experience involving product demos and explaining complex healthcare or insurance concepts clearly.
- Leadership qualities that enable you to motivate yourself independently while managing your schedule efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel—for organizing information and delivering professional presentations.
