Independent Sales Agent – Paint & Coatings (Saudi Arabia)

About Us
Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries.
We are expanding our commercial presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are looking for independent sales agents to develop our customer network across construction, industrial, oil & gas, and marine sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients (distributors, contractors, construction companies, EPC firms, industrial facilities, shipyards).
Promote our complete product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine coatings, anti-corrosive coatings, decorative paints, floor coatings, wood coatings).
Identify new B2B opportunities in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing construction and industrial markets.
Conduct customer visits, site visits, and technical presentations; manage follow-ups.
Support tender and project submissions in coordination with our Export Department.
Provide weekly reports regarding visits, quotations, and potential projects.

What We Are Looking For
Experience in coatings, construction chemicals, industrial materials, oil & gas supply chain, or B2B sales.
Existing network within KSA construction, industrial, marine, or oil & gas sectors is a strong advantage.
Understanding of procurement processes for mega projects (NEOM, Red Sea Project, etc.) is beneficial.
Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
English required; Arabic is an advantage.
