Independent Sales Agent – PropTech B2B (Commission-Based)

We’re Hovi. We help developers sell off-plan real estate smarter through immersive, interactive 3D sales tools that shorten sales cycles and boost conversion. Already used by top developers in Spain, we’re now looking to expand into the Middle East.

We’re looking for commission-based Sales Agents with a strong network in real estate development, brokerage or new-build project marketing. If you know the players, we’ll give you a cutting-edge solution to introduce.

1.- What we offer:

• Commission-only (success-based) – no cap on earnings.
• Full sales support: product training, demo access, materials.
• Flexibility: freelance model, remote-friendly, no exclusivity.
• Real potential to scale into exclusive representation in your country after first deals.

2.- What you’ll do:

• Introduce Hovi to your developer, master-broker or marketing agency network.
• Set up demo calls with decision-makers.
• Close licensing or service contracts (pilot or multi-project).
• Collaborate with our HQ team in Spain on deal structure and onboarding.

3.- What we’re looking for:

• Proven B2B sales experience (tech / real estate / marketing solutions).
• Strong local network: developers, master brokers, property groups.
• Based in: Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, or surrounding areas (remote 100% as we are in Málaga, Spain).
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a big plus).
• Bonus: experience selling off-plan marketing services or PropTech.
