An Independent Sales Consultant is an independent contractor who works on a commission basis to sell products or services of a company. Their main job responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers through networking, cold calling, and market research. They present and promote company products, highlighting benefits to persuade purchases, and build and maintain solid customer relationships. Independent Sales Consultants manage customer interactions, resolve queries or complaints, and negotiate contract terms with vendors. They often travel to meet customers, keep detailed customer records, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
