From impact windows and doors to accordion shutters and patio enclosures, we provide the security our community needs. We are looking for high-energy, self-motivated sales professionals to join our team in a high-reward, independent capacity.

Position Overview

As an Independent Sales Representative, you will drive growth by generating new sales and managing the client experience from first contact to project completion. This is a 100% commission-based role designed for hunters who value unlimited earning potential and the flexibility of an independent structure.

While we provide the leads to get you started, we empower you to prospect and scale your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Prospect, present, and close sales for our premium impact window and door solutions.
• Relationship Management: Nurture client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.
• Full-Cycle Sales: Own the process from the initial pitch to the final project sign-off.
• Weekly Strategy: Attend mandatory in-person meetings at our Sunrise, FL office to review progress and optimize sales strategies.

Compensation & Perks

This position is performance-driven, offering a competitive commission structure with no ceiling on your earnings:

• Commission: 5% Total Commission on every sale.
• Payout Schedule:
• 2.5% paid upon closing the sale.
• 2.5% paid upon project completion.
• Lead Support: Company-provided leads to supplement your independent prospecting.

Requirements

• Proven Closer: A strong track record in sales with the ability to work independently.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
• Local Presence: Must be able to attend weekly in-person meetings in Sunrise.
• Drive: High self-motivation and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this commission-only structure.
• Experience in construction or the window industry is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
