Independent Sales Consultant — Medical Technology

Job Summary
D & M Generations has partnered with a publicly traded global research and development company specializing in bio-innovation and device technology to bring a clinically significant diagnostic tool to market across North America and internationally.

The device was developed at the University of Utah, funded by the National Institutes of Health, and is built on Nobel Prize-winning technology. It provides, for the first time, an objective, measurable assessment of patient health that supports behavioral change and preventive care — capabilities that are largely absent from today's standard clinical toolkit. There are no direct competitors in this space.

We are selectively expanding our consulting network and seeking experienced, entrepreneurially minded healthcare and wellness professionals who can introduce this technology to clinical and wellness audiences with credibility and precision.

The Role

This is an independent consulting position structured around commission-based and residual income. It is not a salaried role. Part-time arrangements alongside existing full-time positions are accepted for qualified candidates.

You will represent and educate a sophisticated audience of clinicians, health coaches, nutritionists, fitness professionals, and wellness entrepreneurs on a proprietary diagnostic technology. You will also have the opportunity to build and lead a consulting team, contributing to a broader distribution network and earning residual income on team performance.

Top-performing consultants currently earn in excess of $500,000 annually in residual income. There is no geographic territory restriction and no cap on earnings.

Responsibilities

• Introduce, educate, and train healthcare and wellness professionals on the technology and its clinical applications
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, practitioners, and wellness providers
• Identify and recruit qualified consultants to expand the distribution network
• Ensure team members are properly trained and supported to perform effectively
• Maintain the quality and integrity standards established by the company
• Develop and manage a client base through consistent, high-quality service
• Provide training resources and operational support to new consultants implementing the proven system

Experience

• Active background in healthcare, wellness, fitness, coaching, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Willingness to learn and apply the company's established consulting and sales methodology
• Self-directed, goal-oriented, and open to ongoing coaching and development
• Established professional network within healthcare or wellness preferred

Compensation and Structure

• Commission-based with residual income on personal and team performance
• No earning cap
• No geographic territory restrictions
• Part-time engagement alongside an existing full-time role is permitted
• Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities available
• Travel incentives for qualifying consultants
