Role Overview
As an Independent Sales Contractor, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing new business, and managing client relationships. You’ll work independently to expand our market presence, sell our products and services, and hit revenue targets. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings, making it ideal for self-motivated sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in assigned territories or industries
  • Present product offerings to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process end-to-end
  • Report sales activities and progress to management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (contractor, B2B, or technical sales preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Familiarity with aerospace, engineering, or technology markets is a plus (but not required)
