Compensation (Commission Only)

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity designed for highly motivated sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential.

Upfront Commission

$1,000 – $4,999 Monthly Contract Value

• 50% paid after client’s first payment
• Additional 50% paid after client reaches 90 days and remains in good standing
• Total Potential Commission: 100% of first month contract value

$5,000 – $9,999 Monthly Contract Value

• 45% paid after client’s first payment
• Additional 45% paid after client reaches 90 days and remains in good standing
• Total Potential Commission: 90% of first month contract value

$10,000 – $19,999 Monthly Contract Value

• 40% paid after client’s first payment
• Additional 40% paid after client reaches 90 days and remains in good standing
• Total Potential Commission: 80% of first month contract value

$20,000+ Monthly Contract Value

• 35% paid after client’s first payment
• Additional 35% paid after client reaches 90 days and remains in good standing
• Total Potential Commission: 70% of first month contract value

Earn:

6% recurring monthly commission

As long as:

• Client remains active
• Client remains in good standing
• You maintain client relationship expectations

Renewal Commission

Earn:

20% of the first renewed month

when your client renews their agreement.

Close one client worth:

$10,000/month contract

You earn:

• $4,000 upfront (month one)
• $4,000 after 90 days
• $600/month recurring income
• $2,000 at renewal

Year 1 earnings from ONE client:

$21,200

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities
• Generate leads
• Build business relationships
• Present TECSAF services
• Close new contracts
• Maintain CRM records
• Attend bi-weekly sales meetings
• Maintain relationships with clients you onboard

Requirements

• Must live in Fort Myers, Naples, or Sarasota
• B2B sales experience preferred
• Technology sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Comfortable networking and prospecting
