Job Summary

Duties
- Drive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships through effective account management and upselling techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase security solutions tailored to client requirements
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market reach and increase sales revenue
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory growth and brand awareness
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales approaches within the security or related technology industries
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, analyze client needs, and provide customized solutions
- Background in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required; a proactive approach to cold calling and prospecting is essential
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment
