We’re looking for a Remote Independent Work Consultant to speak with individuals exploring personal development and career transformation. You’ll help them assess their goals, understand program options, and determine whether our professional development pathways are the right fit.

This is a remote, independent-style, performance-based role, not a traditional salaried position.

What You’ll Do

• Hold structured conversations with interested individuals
• Explore goals, challenges, and readiness for change
• Share program details and expectations clearly
• Record notes and follow-ups in CRM tools
• Manage your schedule and workflow independently
• Use supportive, needs-based communication (no aggressive selling)

What You Bring

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Experience in advisory-style work, HR, coaching, customer service, or similar (asset)
• Comfort working independently and staying organized
• Familiarity with CRM tools (asset)
• Professional, empathetic approach
