Indian Attorney : US Legal Process Support

Working Hours: U.S. Time Zone

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Lawyer based in India to support U.S. legal operations. This is a remote position for professionals with experience in drafting legal documents, filing papers, and handling U.S.-related legal tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings related to U.S. legal matters.
• Prepare legal briefings and summaries as required by the U.S.-based legal team.
• Review and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Maintain organized records of filings, communications, and deadlines.
• Stay updated with relevant U.S. legal procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external U.S. stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Law degree (LLB or higher) from a recognized Indian institution.
• Prior experience working on U.S. legal matters or with U.S. clients preferred.
• Excellent drafting and legal writing skills in English.
• Familiarity with U.S. legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. hours.
