Responsibilities

  • Be in contact with the clients via text or call, help them with their requests and issues
  • Calling the clients for account verification
  • Noting down daily customer requests and their final status. Share relevant reports accordingly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Particularly in Excel)
  • Skilled in computer applications
  • Advanced Indian,Urdu and English skills
  • Analytical thinker with a problem solver mindset, excellent quantitative skills
  • Experience is not mandatory yet preferred
