Are you a persuasive communicator with experience in Forex or online trading? Do you thrive on building lasting client relationships and driving results?

We’re looking for a Retention Desk Executive to join our team in Dubai and play a key role in strengthening client loyalty, supporting high deposit volumes, and boosting revenue from the Indian market.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and retain existing clients in the Indian market
• Build strong, lasting relationships through proactive engagement
• Drive upselling and ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
• Work closely with high-value accounts to maximize deposit activity
• Utilize trading knowledge and retention strategies to meet performance targets

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in the Forex or online trading industry
• Background in sales, account management, or client retention
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional Indian languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc., are a big plus)
• Strong interpersonal, upselling, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for growth, target-driven mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure
• Leads are provided by the company – no book of clients needed
