Indiana-Based Virtual Therapist (W2) - Fully Remote

Job Summary

R&R Mental Health Counseling is growing — and we’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate therapist to join our fully virtual group practice as a W2 employee. We specialize in supporting teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health support to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to promote emotional well-being and personal growth. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensed in Indiana
• Experience with teens, families, or young adults preferred
• Comfort working independently, but open to collaboration
• Someone who is warm, grounded, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions focusing on behavioral health and mental health counseling, including work with teens/young adults.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with clients and support their mental well-being.

Position Details

• Hours: minimum of 10 client sessions per week
• Setting: 100% virtual, HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Schedule: Flexible, after school hours required (you choose your availability within reason)
• Employment Type: W2
• Pay: $50 per clinical session

Skills

• Strong background in behavioral health practices and mental health counseling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy, patience, and active listening skills are essential for effective therapy sessions.
• Experience in working with adolescents and young adults preferred.
