Indirect Procurement Lead

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage the procurement strategy for indirect materials and services.
• Ensure timely sourcing and availability of critical spares, MRO supplies, and general factory needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, HSE, and administration to identify and fulfill indirect requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with local and international suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate closely with planning, production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure end-to-end supply efficiency.

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in indirect material procurement, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
