What You Will Do:

Strategy Development & Execution:
Formulate and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for indirect materials/services, directly supporting the subsidiary's long-term business development plan. Identify potential procurement risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure supply chain security and stability.

End-to-End Supplier Management:
Take full ownership of developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key suppliers in the country. Ensure suppliers meet company requirements for quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service levels.

Supplier Performance & Development:
Conduct regular, structured evaluations of supplier performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to optimize overall supply chain costs and enhance value.

Cost Control & Analysis:
Effectively control procurement costs through methods such as market research and negotiation. Analyze cost structures to identify savings opportunities and propose detailed cost-optimization plans.

Cost Optimization Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of approved cost optimization schemes, monitoring results and ensuring sustainable savings are achieved.

Procurement Process Optimization:
Support the team in continuously refining procurement workflows to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Lead initiatives to streamline processes.

Innovation in Procurement:
Assist in introducing advanced supply chain management concepts and technologies to the department. Foster a culture of innovation to drive departmental improvement and best practice adoption.
What You Need to Have:

Knowledge Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above with major in Economics and Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or other related fields..

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with procurement experience in the UAE or international procurement management experience are preferred. Must be familiar with relevant laws and regulations. Experience working in Chinese enterprises is a plus.
