• Category Management:
• Manage indirect spend categories focused on printing (e.g., brochures, POS materials, packaging) and gifting (e.g., corporate gifts, promotional items).
• Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation:

Identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. Handle end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, RFPs, PO creation, and contract administration. Analyze market trends and pricing, leverage volume bundling and long-term agreements to drive cost savings. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, and manage supply chain risks related to indirect procurement. Work closely with marketing, events, branding, HR, and admin teams to forecast needs and plan purchases accordingly. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and logistics providers for timely delivery and stock management of promotional materials.
