Location: North Karachi & DHA Phase (Nearby residents preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and active Indoor Ground Supervisor to manage daily ground operations. The role involves handling bookings on ground, facilitating customers during their time slot, maintaining cleanliness, collecting payments, and ensuring smooth operations of the indoor sports facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the ground before booked slots and ensure the ground is clean and ready
• Facilitate customers on arrival and guide them to their booked ground
• Ensure customers play within their allocated time slot and politely inform them when time ends
• Collect payments (cash or online) and maintain daily sales record
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and overall environment of the indoor ground
• Coordinate basic ground arrangements during bookings
• Deposit daily collected amount in the bank and share proper records
• Handle multiple bookings as per schedule
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to management

Requirements:

• Must be punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Comfortable handling cash and online payments
• Flexible availability as per booking schedule
• Preference will be given to candidates living near North Karachi or DHA
