FOR INDOOR HELPER/WORKER

Requirements:

Ø Should be Muslim Religion (as we have all Muslims in the shared accommodation, and we want to avoid any trouble/disputes)

Ø Atleast One year of Experience In the Gulf

Ø Good in English reading and writing

Ø Good in Computers (optional)

Offer:

Ø Duration of Agreement: Two year from the date of employment.

Ø Position: Helper/Worker

Ø Probation period: One month

Ø Working hours/days: 9 hours per day; 6 days per week; Fridays and national holidays are off

Ø Basic Salary: RO. 170/month

Ø Total Remuneration: R.O. 170/month

Ø 3% increment every year

Ø Furnished sharing Accommodation, Transport (walking 50mtr) and Medical expenses inclusive from the Company

Ø Employee passport has to submitted to the company during the working tenure.

Ø Leave entitlement: Two months on completion of two years’ service

Ø Tickets: Return ticket included on every two years of service.

Ø Notice should be given three months prior leaving the job

Ø If the employee wish to quit before the two year service, the expenses of visa and return ticket shall be beared by the employee.

Ø Terminal benefits: Gratuity payment on every two years as per Oman Labour Law

Ø Employee insurance: R.O. 8,000/- insurance included

Terms:

a. Use of personal mobile not allowed during work hours

b. Following Company Dress Code Policy

c. Acceptance of Non Disclosure Agreement

Pay: Up to RO170.000 per month
