Job Summary

In addition, this position is eligible for sales commission.

Responsible for the reception of B2B customers in the exhibition hall, and provide professional consulting, selection and ordering services for cabinets, basins, countertops and other products for contractors, renovators and builders.

Accurately understand customer needs, assist customers with product matching, quotes and follow up orders;

Maintain good customer relations and increase customer satisfaction and repurchase rate;

Familiar with company system (e.g. ERP / Excel) for daily sales transaction processing and data registration

Requirements for appointment:

Language requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish/Mandarin, with excellent bilingual hearing and writing skills, and can confidently communicate with a variety of clients.

Personal attributes: Appropriate image and strong communication and expression ability; Have a good sense of service and teamwork spirit; Work responsibly and do things carefully.

Skills: Proficient in computer and Google Workspace / Office software (proficient in Excel, ERP / Odoo system operation experience is preferred).

Will to develop: Seeking a stable working environment and willing to develop with the company for the long term.

Identity requirements: You must have legal U.S. work status and file taxes.

Duties

  • Engage with walk-in customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to facilitate informed purchase decisions
  • Generate leads through proactive customer interactions and follow-up calls, supporting overall lead generation strategies
  • Manage customer accounts effectively, maintaining detailed records within our CRM software to track interactions and preferences
  • Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with management to develop territory management plans that optimize coverage within assigned retail zones
  • Utilize sales techniques such as negotiation and direct sales approaches to close deals efficiently and meet sales targets

Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales, retail sales, or B2B sales environments with a focus on technology or product solutions
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Expertise in business development strategies and territory management to expand market reach
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce for lead tracking, account management, and analysis skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently while upselling relevant items or services
  • Effective cold calling techniques for lead generation and new client acquisition
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and B2B sales processes to support overall sales management efforts
