Indoor Sales Executive

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in indoor sales / customer service (printing industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, email communication, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to prepare quotations and follow up effectively
• Customer-focused, organized, and proactive
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to new inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close sales
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Coordinate with the production team to process orders smoothly
• Maintain daily sales records, pipelines, and follow-up schedules
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries
• Promote company products and services to all incoming leads
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
