Indoor Sales Executive

We are looking for a presentable and organized Indoor Sales Executive to manage our showroom/office, handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp), and process uniform orders efficiently. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and can manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers, show uniform samples/fabrics, and assist with sizing/measurements and going to meetings
• Inbound Sales: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp business inquiries promptly.
• Order Processing: Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on pending payments.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the production team/workshop to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Showroom Management: Keep the display area organized and samples updated.
• Admin Support: Update daily sales reports and customer database (Excel/CRM).

Requirements

• Previous experience in indoor sales, retail, or customer service.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Email, Basic Invoicing).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is required; Arabic is a plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of fabrics or tailoring is an advantage but not required.
