Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Indoor Sales Executive to support business development through client coordination, follow-ups, and sales support related to freight forwarding and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination via calls and emails.
- Support outdoor sales by managing quotations, proposals, and documentation.
- Identify potential business opportunities from leads and existing customers.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and MIS reports.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve overall business targets.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience is mandatory).
- Exposure to handling genuine Export / Import Sea Freight customers is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasing personality with strong coordination and customer-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
