We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide timely responses to customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for freight forwarding and logistics services (Air, Sea, and Land).
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build and strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
