Indoor/outdoor maintenance worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Indoor/Outdoor Maintenance Worker to keep our facilities and grounds in top condition. This energetic role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks both inside and outside, ensuring a safe, attractive, and well-functioning environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the upkeep of our property through hands-on work with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine indoor maintenance tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, cleaning clubhouse.
• Conduct outdoor landscaping activities including pool maintenance, trimming trees, planting, and landscape maintenance
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators for construction or hardscape projects
• Maintain lawns through irrigation system.
• Assist with tree care
• Support general property upkeep by cleaning outdoor areas.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment.
• Knowledgeable in landscape maintenance, gardening
• Experience with landscaping projects involving hardscape
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators used in construction or landscaping projects
• Knowledge of irrigation systems
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions; attention to detail is essential for quality results
