Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all plant instrumentation and sensors to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning sensors and control devices
• Install, commission, and calibrate new instrumentation systems
• Program and configure Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal software
• Develop and maintain SCADA systems for process monitoring and control
• Supervise installation of new sensor networks and control systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all instrumentation equipment
• Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Coordinate with operations team to minimize downtime during maintenance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and control systems
• Proficiency in Siemens PLC programming using TIA Portal
• Experience with SCADA system development and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of industrial sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, level)
• Understanding of process control principles and automation systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus)
• Familiarity with HMI development and maintenance
• Understanding of safety systems and emergency shutdown procedures

Work Arrangement

• Full-time, on-site position with weekend maintenance requirements
