Job Description

• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment and robotic systems
• Analyze and edit complex PLC logic (Allen-Bradley Siemens PLC)
• Interface with HMI systems and manage networked controls infrastructure
• Support and maintain , PowerFlex VFDs, Cognex vision systems, and barcode readers
• Calibrate and maintain control devices: laser sensors, RFID readers, area scanners, etc.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve uptime and system performance
• Assist in upgrades and new equipment commissioning
• PM work on all automated equipment
• Keep ASRS cranes, Convyor running.
• Work on mechanical repairs of automated systems.

Tech You’ll Work With:

• PLC Systems: Allen-Bradley (required), Siemens (required)
• HMIs: Allen Bradley and Siemens
• Drives: PowerFlex,
• Vision & Sensors: Cognex, RFID, laser sensors, area scanners
• Robotics & Automation: FANUC robots, ASRS systems, AGVs (preferred)
• ASRS Cranes:

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation or controls engineering
• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting and programming Allen-Bradley PLCs
• Ability to read, trace, and modify electrical schematics and ladder logic
• Strong understanding of low and high voltage systems (up to 480V)
• Solid experience with distributed I/O and industrial networks (EtherNet/IP)
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely work on electromechanical equipment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a team

Skills required for the position:

• PLC troubleshooting and programing - Allen-Bradley experience required
• Must have proven electrical and automation troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical knowledge to understand safe equipment operations
• Strong customer service skills for interacting with internal teams
• Strong computer and networking skills
• HMI programming experience is a plus.

Required Work Schedule:

• Night Shift 6PM to 6AM
• 2-2-3 biweekly schedule (2 days on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)
• Every other weekend is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
