Industrial Automaton Trainer

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Industrial Automation Trainer to join our training institute. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, Sensors, and Industrial Networking systems and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and practical training sessions to students and professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Industrial Automation topics such as PLC Programming, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and Control Systems.
• Prepare and update training materials, course modules, and practical exercises.
• Guide students through hands-on industrial automation projects and simulations.
• Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support curriculum development and ensure training content meets industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Industrial Automation or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Delta) and SCADA systems.
• Experience with Industrial Networking (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
