We specialize in high-performance, specialized coatings for industrial and commercial parts—and some seriously cool aftermarket pieces like headers, exhausts, and custom components. This isn’t spray-and-go work. Attention to detail matters, and controlling coating thickness is key.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Apply specialized coatings to industrial, commercial, and customer parts
• Control coating thickness to exact specifications
• Work across multiple areas including:
• Blasting
• Masking
• Coating
• Inspection
• Follow work instructions and documented processes
• Perform light data entry in some work areas
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team to hit quality and production goals
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and Jet-Hot safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of coating/spraying experience
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to follow written instructions and processes
• Able to read and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to be cross-trained and help where needed
