Experience specializing in construction of Wastewater and Water Treatment Facilities is a plus. This person will have the ability to be a part of a growing company and will be able to help the organization as it takes on more projects. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of industrial carpentry work and overall experience of at least 3 years. If the candidate demonstrates the knowledge of industrial gang forming with EFCO and ULMA please highlight on the resume.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical sketches
• Work with metal and wood forms to build, construct, form and pour concrete of various foundations, walls and slabs (DOKA, EFCO, and ULMA)
• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other raw materials according to measurements and plans
• Build frames, staircases, buildings, and other structures using raw materials such as metal, wood and plastic to finish buildings and renovations
• Take measurements and calculate sizes and amounts needed for various projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 years of general construction practice and knowledge
• 2 years of heavy industrial construction experience
• experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure is a plus
• Climb up and down ladders at varying heights
• Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs.
• Position can be outside regardless of weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
