Industrial Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Coordinator to manage daily industrial operations, oversee project workflows, and ensure smooth coordination between teams, suppliers, and clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to streamline processes for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate industrial operations, including production, logistics, and project execution.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely communication and delivery.
• Monitor compliance with Qatar’s industrial regulations and company standards.
• Track performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and support management decisions.
• Oversee resource allocation, inventory management, and equipment usage.
• Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, and industrial development initiatives.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in industrial coordination, operations, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, compliance standards, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industrial management software.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-sector environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
