Industrial Cost Control Specialist

Overview

Job Details:

Prepare accurate and realistic product cost calculations to support effective business and operational decisions.

Review existing expenses and recommend cost control measures while maintaining product quality and operational standards.

Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on increasing efficiency and improving overall operational performance.

Work closely with production, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure effective use of materials and resources.

Monitor cost performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and optimize operations.

Prepare reports, cost analysis, and performance summaries to support management in reviewing operational and financial results.

Assist internal teams in understanding cost structures to support better planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.

Support efforts related to productivity improvement and operational efficiency across departments.

Job Experience Requirements

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI for reporting, analysis, and data management.

Practical experience working with ERP systems in a business environment.

Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies will be considered an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and manage tasks within deadlines.
