As we continue to grow in Qatar, we are seeking a talented Industrial Design Coordinator to join our Al Rayyan team.

Role Overview

The Industrial Design Coordinator will support the planning, development, and execution of design projects, ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, and production teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate industrial design projects from concept through production
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure alignment
• Assist in developing design concepts, prototypes, and product specifications
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
• Ensure designs meet functionality, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain organized records of design files, revisions, and approvals
• Support research on materials, trends, and manufacturing techniques
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in design coordination or product development
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
