NewDealDesign is a full-stack strategic technology design agency that builds brilliant brands, systems, products, and experiences. We are industrial, visual, and interaction designers who work together to create delightful experiences and innovative objects. We are engineers and strategists who craft award-winning, end-to-end 'full stack' designs. Our experience spans a vast range of projects, including advanced concept assignments with industry giants and the latest creations for boundary-pushing startups. We define, design, develop, and deliver. We were presented the National Design Award from the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum by then First-Lady Michelle Obama. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in industrial design or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of recent and relevant industrial design experience, i.e., Internship(s) at a design consultancy or with an In-house design team.

• Eligible to work in the US.

• Proficiency in relevant digital tools: SolidWorks, Keyshot, Adobe CC.

• Excellent hand-sketching and form-development skills.

• High quality modelmaking & rough
  prototyping skills.

• Great problem-solving and communication skills.

• Resilience under pressure while exhibiting a positive, respectful, and can-do attitude.

• Passionate and ambitious learner
  who is ready to soak up knowledge and skills from our team.
