Industrial Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Designer to develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing products. The ideal candidate will combine user-centered design, engineering principles, and market insights to create products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop product concepts from initial sketches through final production
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and trend studies
• Create sketches, renderings, 3D models, and prototypes
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams
• Select materials, colors, finishes, and manufacturing processes
• Ensure designs meet usability, safety, cost, and sustainability requirements
• Prepare detailed design specifications and documentation
• Test and refine prototypes based on feedback and performance results
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field
• Proven experience as an Industrial Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics
• Ability to create high-quality sketches and 3D visualizations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prototyping tools (3D printing, CNC, model-making)
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Experience working in consumer products, furniture, electronics, or automotive industries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
