Position Summary:

AL ASAS Factories for Cement Project is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is focused on the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment.

The primary responsibility is electrical work. However, on days when no electrical work is required, the employee will be expected to work as a Plant Operator. Training will be provided for plant operation.

Only candidates with at least 10 years of solid experience in industrial electrical work will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Industrial Electrician Duties:

• Diagnose and repair faults in motors, control panels, sensors, wiring systems, and industrial machinery.
• Conduct preventive and corrective electrical maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documents.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to support smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical inspections, repairs, and system status.

Plant Operation (Only When Electrical Work Is Not Available):

• Operate and monitor cement plant machinery and equipment.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report performance issues.
• Follow safety and operational protocols to ensure efficient plant functioning.
• Assist with routine production processes when needed.

Salary & Benefits:

During Probation (4 Months):

• Basic Salary: 1,500 QAR
• Food Allowance: 300 QAR
• Other Allowance: 200 QAR
• Total: 2,000 QAR

After Successful Probation:

• Basic Salary: 1,500 QAR
• Food Allowance: 500 QAR
• Other Allowance: 800 QAR
• Total: 2,800 QAR

• Accommodation is provided from the first day of employment, including during probation.

• One-way flight ticket provided every two years.
• If the candidate does not pass the probation period, they will be responsible for their own return flight and visa costs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience working exclusively as an Industrial Electrician in an industrial or factory setting.
• Strong experience in electrical troubleshooting, fault-finding, and repair.
• Ability to work with motors, panels, industrial control systems, and electrical safety equipment.
• Proficiency in reading electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Willingness to work as a Plant Operator only when electrical tasks are not required.
• High level of responsibility, independence, and teamwork.
• Relevant technical certifications or licenses (preferred).
