THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electrician will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment across our manufacturing plant.

Here’s what you’ll own:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to minimize downtime and support continuous plant operations
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, control systems, instrumentation, and plant electrical infrastructure
Install, test, and maintain wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with codes, standards, and specifications
Partner with operations and maintenance teams to identify and implement improvements that enhance equipment reliability
Support a strong safety culture by following all electrical safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and compliance requirements

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The right candidate is a hands-on problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment and brings a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

What you bring:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training in electrical systems preferred
1–3 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience (or relevant apprenticeship experience)
Working knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, including varying shifts if needed

Bonus points if you also have:

Experience with PLCs or automated control systems
Knowledge of industrial instrumentation or process controls
Electrical license or progress toward certification
