Industrial Electrician & Controls Technician

Job Summary
Human BioSciences is a medical device manufacturer seeking a high-level Industrial Electrician to support our Martinsburg facility. This role is dedicated to maintaining the 480V power systems and automated controls that power our Level 7 and Level 4 clean rooms. We are looking for a specialist who treats troubleshooting like a puzzle and is comfortable diving deep into control logic to keep production running flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose failures in industrial electronics, including PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and HMI panels.
• High-Voltage Safety: Maintain and troubleshoot components in a 480V 3-phase environment.
• Control Logic: Read and interpret complex electrical schematics to locate faults in automated systems and control loops.
• Clean Room Protocol: Perform all maintenance within Level 7 and Level 4 clean rooms, strictly adhering to gowning and contamination control procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain precise, audit-ready logs of all repairs and calibrations for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial electrical experience (manufacturing or pharma preferred).
• Strong ability to troubleshoot control circuits (24VDC to 120VAC) and 480V power.
• Proficient with multimeters and diagnostic tools.

Compensation and Flexibility

• Hourly Rate: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour.
• Note: We offer a high straight-hourly rate in lieu of a standard benefits package. We maintain flexibility on the rate for candidates with exceptional controls and automation expertise.

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
