Salary: QAR 2,400 + FTA (provided by the company)
Working Schedule: 6 Days per Week, 9 Hours per Day

Job Summary

As an Industrial Electrician for UPS, you will be responsible for carrying out industrial electrical works including installation, fault diagnosis, repairs, UPS operation, testing & commissioning, and planned preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable electrical operations in compliance with safety standards and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out remedial repairs
• Execute preventive and corrective electrical maintenance works
• Carry out UPS operation, testing, and commissioning works
• Monitor and maintain electrical panels, switchgear, and distribution systems
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and site procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams
• Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns when required

Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Training

• Shall be a holder of a 1.5 to 2-year full-time technical training course in Electrical from a recognized institute in the candidate’s home country.

Experience

• Minimum five (5) years of extensive hands-on experience in industrial electrical works
• Experience in UPS operation, testing, and commissioning works
• Minimum 2 years GCC experience is mandatory (GCC experience is an added advantage)

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair works
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures
• Knowledge of UPS systems and related electrical infrastructure

Other Requirements

• Ability to work 6 days per week, 9 hours per day
• Physically fit for site-based electrical work
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, safety-focused, and a team player
