Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Standard business hours (with flexibility based on project needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Design and implement workflow improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize labor and resource utilization
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain)
• Develop performance metrics and monitor KPIs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Prepare reports, process documentation, and technical presentations
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
