Industrial Engineer for Textile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Industrial Engineer to improve productivity, optimize production processes, and implement efficient methods in our garment manufacturing facility.

• Conduct time and motion studies to determine standard times and improve productivity.
• Analyze and optimize workstation layouts, material flow, and garment operations.
• Prepare operation bulletins with correct method and machine requirements.
• Set SMV (Standard Minute Values) for new and existing styles.
• Perform line balancing and method improvement to reduce bottlenecks and increase efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles on the shop floor.
• Work with production, quality, and planning teams to meet output and quality targets.
• Support new style sampling, machine layout planning, and production ramp-up.
• Maintain updated records of style data, efficiency reports, and operator performance.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an IE role within the garment/apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations, and production floor dynamics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel-based reporting.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
