Industrial Engineer (Home Textiles)

*Candidate must have minimum of 2 Years Experience in Home Textile Industry.

*Willing to Relocate. Male candidate is most preferable.

• JOB DESCRIPTION

#Ensure operation bulletin and re - engineering for better productivity

from cutting to finishing.

#Adopt industrial Engineering practice in every possible area for

maximum productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

#Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline,

identify training is needed for better quality and career development.

#Making layout of the machine with Manpower distribution by

maintaining proper sequence of sewing operation to ensure the best

flow.

#Monitoring hourly target from cut to pack with initial balancing.

#Implementing different types of production & quality Sop's on

production floor from cutting to finishing with Optimum utilization of

man, machine and method (3M).

#Studying and implementing time study, method study etc...

#Maintain Operators efficiency data and improve their efficiency in stipulated time period.

#Work closely to improve floor efficiency time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
