To strengthen our technology leadership team, we are seeking an experienced Industrial IoT Solutions Lead to spearhead digital transformation initiatives across industrial operations.

Role Overview

The Industrial IoT Solutions Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IIoT solutions that integrate smart devices, data analytics, and automation into industrial environments. This role requires technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Industrial IoT solutions across manufacturing and engineering operations.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Integrate sensors, devices, and platforms to enable real-time monitoring and predictive analytics.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for digital transformation and smart factory initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams on IoT technologies.
• Stay updated on emerging IIoT trends and innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IoT, industrial automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of IIoT platforms, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and edge computing.
• Experience with sensors, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and machine learning in industrial contexts.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD2,400.000 per month
