Job Overview

CR Makina is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Industrial Machinery Asset Evaluator to assess, inspect, and determine the market and operational value of industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery, asset valuation practices, and industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and evaluations of industrial machinery and equipment
• Assess asset condition, operational efficiency, and resale value
• Prepare detailed valuation and condition reports
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams
• Research market trends and machinery pricing data
• Ensure evaluations comply with applicable industry and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in industrial equipment, machinery operations, asset management, or valuation is an advantage
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and maintenance records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
