Industrial Mechanic - Maintenance Team

Full-time, in person

Schedule: 12-hour rotating schedule (days and nights, including weekends)

Pay: $26.00–$30.00 per hour plus quarterly bonus (based on experience)

Role Overview

This role is for a strong, hands-on mechanic who takes pride in real work and wants to operate at a high level.

i2M is a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This is physical, equipment-focused work. You will be inside machines, solving mechanical problems, and keeping production running. This role requires focus, toughness, and the ability to think through issues and execute.

We are looking for someone with a solid mechanical foundation who wants to continue building their capability. You do not need to know everything, but you must have real experience, strong instincts, and the drive to improve.

What You Will Be Doing

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial production equipment
Perform hands-on repairs including bearings, belts, rollers, drives, and mechanical systems
Execute preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably
Identify issues early and take action before they become major problems
Work alongside electricians and other technicians to solve equipment issues
Maintain organized tools, parts, and work areas
Document maintenance work and support tracking systems
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

What We Are Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
Prior experience in manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, construction, or similar field
Comfortable working in a physical, industrial environment
Willingness to learn and improve every day
Reliable, consistent, and accountable
Able to think through problems and take action

Required Experience

Hands-on mechanical experience is required
Experience working with tools, machinery, or equipment is required
Basic understanding of mechanical systems such as bearings, drives, belts, or similar components
